When you ask Andvio to help you find a provider, we may share your information with selected providers who may be a fit for your needs. In some cases, Andvio may receive compensation for connecting providers with prospective customers, and this may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain state privacy laws.
We may share, disclose, or sell lead information with CMMC certification providers, assessors, consultants, readiness partners, managed service providers, and related compliance vendors.
We may also share information with service providers that support our operations, including hosting, analytics, CRM, email, SMS, advertising, and database tools; for legal and safety purposes; or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or other business transfer.
5. Marketing Communications
Andvio may send marketing emails and service-related outreach. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those messages or by contacting management@andvio.org.
Where you provide the required consent, Andvio may send SMS or phone communications. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
Where required by law, consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchase or of using Andvio’s matching services.
